All our products come with a 30-day free replacement warranty against manufacturing defects or items not as described.
2. How can I return or exchange an item?

Contact us at contact@voymin.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA#).

Once approved, return the item via a trackable shipping service.

After inspection, we will issue a refund or replacement.
3. Is shipping free? How long does it take?
Yes ✅ we offer free worldwide shipping.

Europe: approx. 5–12 business days.

Other countries: approx. 7–15 business days depending on location.
4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, you may cancel it with a 20% cancellation fee.
