1. What is the warranty on Voymin products?

All our products come with a 30-day free replacement warranty against manufacturing defects or items not as described.


2. How can I return or exchange an item?

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Contact us at contact@voymin.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA#).

  • Once approved, return the item via a trackable shipping service.

  • After inspection, we will issue a refund or replacement.


3. Is shipping free? How long does it take?

Yes ✅ we offer free worldwide shipping.

  • Europe: approx. 5–12 business days.

  • Other countries: approx. 7–15 business days depending on location.


4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

  • If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, you may cancel it with a 20% cancellation fee.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.


5. Which items are non-refundable?

  • Sale or promotional items.

  • Used or customer-damaged items.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after purchase.


6. How do I receive my refund?

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days to reflect.
